Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS), Los Angeles County TCT provided computer application support and training to support Case Management System implementation and rollout. Documented and tracked local application issues and summarized progress of resolution for client management team. Provided a wide variety of training (one-on-one) and support to staff that achieved varying skill levels with the Case Management system. Participated in the rollout-out to upgrade email tools countywide. Training included the Case Management System application, email, and other Child Welfare Services applications.
