of Children Services (DCS), San Bernardino TCT provided computer application support and training to assist Case Management System implementation and rollout. Documented and tracked local application issues and summarized progress of resolution for client management team. Provided a wide variety of training (one-on-one and facilitated group training) and support to staff that achieved varying skill levels with the Case Management system. Training included, the Case Management System application, email, and other Child Welfare Services applications. Managed LAN issues, and provided Help Desk support to all staff.
