Panasonic, a
subsidiary of Matsushita, is the leading Northern American supplier
of consumer electronics, office products, audio and video technology,
industrial components, and computer products. The company recently
took into consideration the increasing importance of providing after-sales
service to its customers, concluding in the process, that its homegrown
mainframe system was inadequate.
Panasonic then
embarked on an extensive search for the possible CRM packaged solutions
that suited its needs. In the end, SARA2000 proved to be the only
service management system that fulfilled all of the company's requirements.
TCT offers integrated information system solutions for service management.
SARA2000 (Service And Repair Automation) is the industry's premier
customer service and support management system, which provides an
integrated set of modules for call management, help desk, field
service, depot repair, inventory control, sales support, warranty
verification, claims processing, service marketing, contract administration,
and Internet-based support. TCT has successfully implemented enterprise
software solutions for major manufacturers and service providers
within a variety of industries, such as Consumer Electronics, Telecommunications,
IT, Utilities, and many others.
Pete Scheips,
the Panasonic's Assistant General Manager, has stated that he is
looking forward to the SARA2000 implementation: " SARA is so far
superior to any ERP package or service management systems out there
on the market, that our decision was a no-brainer. We can't wait
till we get the system running!"
