SARA Implementation Service Team assists our customers with the installation, integration, and customization of SARA2000 until you are fully confident in the ability of our product to suit your business needs.  We do not rest till the moment when you are successfully running our application to carry out your day-to-day activities.

Because every one of our customers is unique, TCT offers a diverse menu of services that can accommodate every possible consumer preference. 

We begin the installation process with a thorough analysis of your business processes and existing technology infrastructure, in order to determine the best way to implement SARA. Once the objectives to be accomplished during the implementation are determined by our professional staff in conjunction with your management and end users, we offer you several choices as to how proceed with the tasks that lie ahead.

SARA Implementation Team generally assists our customers through an advice and counsel to our systems integration partners.  However, in order to ensure that everything goes perfect and that your needs are fully met, we dispatch our technical consultants for a mutually agreed number of days to provide an on-site assistance with the installation, integration, and customization of SARA.  Our consultants have an in-depth knowledge of application usage and configuration, relational databases, systems integration, customization, and client-server intricacies. 

If you are a hands-on type of an organization, preferring to allocate the responsibility for the implementation to your internal project teams, we still provide you with all the necessary tools for the completion of the project.  In addition to sending out our technical consultants for a specified amount of time, SARA Implementation Team offers comprehensive online and telephone assistance for the duration of the implementation process. 

If your organization feels that TCT must be the party responsible for the complete implementation of our product, we are willing to provide you with that service.  In that case our technical consultants will work together with you personnel on-site from the very beginning to the very end of the whole implementation project.
